Cancellation policy
In order for us to prepare and best serve our guests, we require at least 24 hourโs notice for any cancellations, rescheduling and/or modifications to appointments. A credit card is required to hold your appointment online. Any missed appointments or cancellations, with less than 24 hourโs notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount.
Return policy
We offer product exchanges with receipt / proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Many of our hot tools have an extended warranty of their own (that exceeds our 30-day policy) and must be returned with proof of purchase, in the original packaging.
All gift cards and independent brand purchases are final sale.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, for any reason, please contact our team within our 72-hour policy, so that we can reschedule you for a complimentary touch up. (Complimentary touch ups must be booked in with the same stylist.) Based on the nature of our work, we cannot offer full refunds for services.
